To ensure the best customer service you can now register a service or repair request online.
Once all the details are entered you will be advised of an estimated cost, if any, prior to sending your watch to us.
You can also view the status of existing requests, and view your documents and and make any necessary payment online. We will keep in touch with you about the service or repair progress via the Online Service Centre.
Please note the Online Service Centre is only for watches sent to our Sydney Head Office Service Centre. If you require service elsewhere please visit Service Centres.
